Changing Your Password

Setting Your Initial Password

When your account is first created during checkout, a temporary password is generated. You'll be prompted to set your own password:

1. Click the "Create Account Password" button on the order confirmation page (or use the link in your confirmation email).
2. Enter and confirm your new password.

Changing Your Password Later

To change your password at any time:

1. Go to "My Account".
2. Scroll to the Password section.
3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
4. Click "Update Password".

Temporary Password Requirement

If you log in with a temporary password, you'll be required to change it before you can access your courses. The platform will display a prominent notice and the password change form.
