Can't Log In

Troubleshooting login issues.

If you're unable to log in, try these solutions:

  1. Check your email address — Make sure you're using the same email address you used during checkout when purchasing your course.
  2. Set your password first — If you just purchased a course, you need to set your password using the "Create Account Password" button on the order confirmation page or the link in your confirmation email.
  3. Reset your password — Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page to receive a password reset link.
  4. Check your email verification — Make sure you've verified your email by clicking the link in the verification email.
  5. Clear cookies — Clear your browser cookies and try again.
