What to do when you see a colored banner at the top of the page.
Occasionally you may see a colored banner near the top of every page when you are logged in. These banners are platform announcements posted by the Pass Naplex Now team to keep you informed of important news.
What Do the Colors Mean?
- Yellow — General warning or advisory (e.g., upcoming scheduled maintenance).
- Red — Critical notice requiring your attention (e.g., a service outage in progress).
- Blue — Informational message (e.g., a new feature has been released).
- Green — Positive update or success notice (e.g., a resolved issue).
What Should I Do?
Read the announcement and follow any instructions provided. Banners disappear automatically once the announcement expires or is deactivated by the team. No action is required on your part unless the message specifically asks you to do something.
