Navigating the Platform
An overview of the student platform and how to find everything.
After logging in, you'll have access to several key areas from the top navigation menu:
- My Online Courses — Access all your purchased courses. Use the sidebar toggle (arrow on the left side of the screen) to open a navigation panel with all your modules, chapters, and videos.
- My Quiz Results — Review your quiz and practice exam performance and track your progress over time.
- My Account — Your personal dashboard showing a welcome banner, course access with expiration dates and progress, order history, student group membership, profile settings, and security options (password, passkeys, emergency login kit, passwordless login).
- Updates — Check for the latest platform announcements and course updates.
- Help Center — Browse help articles and guides to get the most out of the platform.
The first time you visit My Online Courses, look for the sidebar toggle button — it will say "Click here to access your courses" to help you find your course navigation.
