Viewing Your Order History
How to view past orders and download receipts.
You can view your complete order history from your My Account page.
What You'll See
The Order History section shows all your past orders, including:
- Order number and date
- Items purchased — each item is labeled as a Course or Special Purchase
- Pricing details — subtotal, any discounts applied (including access codes), and total
- Payment info — last four digits of the card used and transaction ID
- Order status — such as New Order, Processing, Shipped, or Cancelled
Click on any order to expand it and see the full details.
After Checkout
Immediately after completing a purchase, you'll also receive:
- Order confirmation page — with your order number, purchased items, and total, plus a "Print Receipt" button.
- Confirmation email — sent to your registered email address with your login credentials.
